One of the openSUSE maintainers provided a temporary PMBS rpm solution:

A more conventional package should be available through the normal publishing
process now that the issue is known - whether from Packman or standard repos
I have no idea. Neither do I have any idea whether any of this trouble has
any TDE component. I suppose someone with both Plasma 5 and TDE installed
might avoid the issue in the first place.
