Not like that!  You haven't answered my question.  Is it an openSUSE KDE menu?  
My menu is heavily recognisable as KDE Debian, updated a lot.  And yours 
still says that it is KDE (top left).

It has some extraordinary things in - but they may be relatively normal for 
openSUSE.  (All those configure-this, configure that).  I tried to take a 
screenshot of mine, but couldn't manage to do so while the menu was open - and 
it would not have been much use doing so while it was shut!
