Is it an openSUSE KDE menu? My menu is heavily recognisable as KDE Debian, updated a lot. And yours still says that it is KDE (top left). It has some extraordinary things in - but they may be relatively normal for openSUSE. (All those configure-this, configure that). I tried to take a screenshot of mine, but couldn't manage to do so while the menu was open - and it would not have been much use doing so while it was shut! Ah! I have found some on line. Here are two that show the menu, one extended a bit, the other not. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=trinity+desktop+environment+screenshots&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjmr9yf1ZPNAhVCI8AKHRZfDq8Q7AkIQg&biw=1920&bih=927#imgrc=yap2p76l-8z7ZM%3A https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=trinity+desktop+environment+screenshots&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjmr9yf1ZPNAhVCI8AKHRZfDq8Q7AkIQg&biw=1920&bih=927#imgrc=9gio6ENRxyPbkM%3A Lisi
