His complaint is that selecting CTRL + SHIFT as the switching key combination
in the Control Center does not, in fact, set it to CTRL + SHIFT.  That's a bug--
a minor one with a known workaround, but still a bug.  J. Drahun, could you
please file it with the Trinity Bugzilla, to improve the chances of it being fixed?
