if you want to get change into the code, the way is through a bug/ticket in
the bug tracking system. Even if you create a patch and want this patch to
be pushed to the code it goes via bug ticket. Bug as meant by Thierry means
a problem - defect. In the bug tracking system you can request
improvement - in your case the label of the password prompt.
