At least I had the decency to change the heading. This thread started out 
talking about something perfectly Trinity. 

If I am to be spanked, though, please be gentle; or we need more beautiful 
women to be hired as mods. (I don't notice any women in any of the postings 
here.) Also, other people started complaining about their health issues; I 
was just trying to help, because if they're not healthy enough to work at 
their computers, then this is bad for Trinity. 

So you see, we did it for the good of the group.

All this is good advice, but the main thing is just to do it.
