neither are set, but suspend does lock

Interestingly:

/opt/trinity/bin/tdesktop_lock --forcelock

locks the desktop, which seems logic.

/opt/trinity/bin/tdesktop_lock --dontlock   ....

also locks the desktop!

So it really looks like the only way is to rename kdesktop_lock.
On wheezy it does make it impossible to shutdown from GUI (suspend works, 
though). On Stretch it sends me back to the login screen.
