Yes, I know it's can be reproduced.

I'm using sound and video and I do not want to turn sound off, it's a 
bug that needs to be fixed and I would like to know if I can install 
R14.0.4 on Stretch.

This does not happen with Jessie using  R14.0.4 or Wheezy with KDE.
