$ ps -A | grep weat
 4085 ?        00:00:13 kweatherservice
$ which kweatherservice
/opt/trinity/bin/kweatherservice

I think it is this one

for the klaptop I don't know - I gave it away but I recall I was using only
the tdepowersave
