These FTBFS types used to be the bane of my existence. It's telling you the
admin/Makefile.common (line 10) caused a problem. So if I recall, I would go
there, and find the context of what it is talking about, it generally says
some test failed, etc.. but gives little detail. Then I think you fish through
the config.error file and find that same context and it generally verbose
enough to point you to what part of the code or library is at issue.

Think of it as an Easter Egg hunt though the build and error files :)
