file a bug and attach the source of the mail (from the sent-mail directory)
and the source of the mail from the recipient.

Is the source the same and you can not see it or it is completely truncated?

Are you not able to see the mail message (body) in kmail or in other mail
client. Provide step by step instruction to reproduce it, although I don't
think someone has protonmail, but just for the record.
