Go one step back and read the specs of the printer - I see many Brother MFC
supported in cups (stretch). For example if your printer supports
Postscript, you can use any postscript driver or name it profile.
Manufacturers do not reinvent the wheel for each model, but rather provide
different features. So based on what your printer supports, I bet it will
be possible to use different model to get the functionality.
