I have just committed a slew of bugfixes to kgtk-qt3, including a couple
that should fix the problem you are experiencing.

When the binary rebuilds are complete (this could be a week or so due to
the attempted addition of oneiric packages to the repository) update your
system and see if the problem has been fixed.
