The tray icon only shows up when you use Konqueror (or any TDE app?)
to go to a URL requiring a password. The first visit should start a
remember/wallet dialog. If it doesn't, the subsystem needs to be
enabled (yours is). Nothing else needs to be configured.

I've never set this, the default is empty (kdewallet.kwl VS Peter.kwl?).
