TTBOMK there's no TDE Stable for Buster (yet) so you have to use
TDE PSB.  The upgrade worked fine except for multiple displays.
After the upgrade TDE was highly unstable until I disabled the
second display using nvidia-settings.  Otherwise everything
including kmail, firefox, a couple of steam games, and amarok is
working fine.
