You're right of course but I'm hoping SB can find time to try an empty
config on his Stretch 14.0.7 as I don't have a dual monitor test box
so I have to downgrade my live laptop which is rather painful.

Is there any switch or other way to get more logging info out of TDE
without recompiling?
