Check kcontrol settings and see if the following is enabled:

  Desktop->Window Behavior->[Focus] [x] Auto raise

If it is, uncheck it.

Also check

  Peripherals->Mouse->[General]->Icons->Single-click..
  [x] Automatically select icons

uncheck it.

If neither of those are the problem, turn your mouse over and whack it on the
desk a couple of times to make sure the rt-mouse button swtich isn't stuck :)
