Hi!

Yes, they look perfectly fine. I do not know Q4OS, so this is just what I would do:

- is cups up an running before you open the browser and open the link to cups?
- if it's up and running, does it listen on port 631?
- what does top say to the cups process?
- look at the network traffic with tcpdump or wireshark
