There is a Preliminary Stable Builds repository at mirror.xcer.cz.
Previously PSB were only at mirror.xcer.cz. Later PSB were placed directly
at redirector - mirror.ppa. Currently, PSB are already part of the mirror
system, so when you use mirror.ppa, you will be redirected to the mirror
that is closest to you (based on GeoIP information).
