Hi people,

Running into dcopserve and tdelaunch failures.

I did all the usual things. deleted dop etc etc files, check perms and the 
like. Even created a new user.Different machines etc.
Root runs with very little problem but still has those errors on occasion.

General question...
Anyone else encounter this?
