I am currently using TDE 3.5.12 on Debian Squeeze and want to upgrade to
latest version.

Although I have added the entries from
ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net (...) trinity-v.3.5.13, I cannot
upgrade because some package seems to be missing.

Here is the output from apt-get upgrade, it contains the URL of the
package in question.

If you manually browse to the folder
http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/trinity/trinity-v3.5.13/debian/pool/main/k/kde-i18n-trinity/
you will see that it is in fact empty, so I assume its a build problem.

Please upload the new i18n package, since we want to use Trinity in the
German language.
