Excellent idea!  I wish I had thought of this earlier...

The nightly builds repository contains an exact bit-for-bit copy of
3.5.13, and will continue to do so until the sync is complete.  Please
remember to REMOVE the nightly builds from your sources.list file after
3.5.13 is published, as failure to do so will result in a severely broken
system if you upgrade after the nightly builds restart from GIT.
