I'm not sure which "Settings" menu you mean. If you mean "Settings" on the
main TDE menu, there is no KMenuEdit.

I'd suggest Alt+F2 then just type kmenuedit and return. The menu editor should
appear. I don't think it was a k->t rename, but you can always try tmenuedit
as well.
