unfortunately a rather long list. I won't bore you with it but I don't 
see anything that I know would account for the problem.

for instance, there's a load of aclocal and automake files, a couple 
locale files I never invoke, inkscape and a couple of apps and font 
files.

some trinity stuff though, librellinksplugin.so, kcm_history.so, 
kded_konqy_preloader.so, libbfd-2.31.1-system.so

I can post it or dig in for any details.
