Thanks from me also for the bugfix and script, done on most all my installs

Must have been the main reason for reported failures, although already 
several 3.5.13 installations and upgrades were done here without 
noticing a problem...

I don't use the TDE metas (I install using a custom list), don't know 
whether that made a difference.
