Just edit as root /etc/init.d/lisa-trinity (for debian) or  
/etc/init.d/lisa-kde3 (for ubuntu) and replace in it :
DAEMON=/usr/sbin/lisa
by
DAEMON=/opt/trinity/sbin/lisa (for debian)
DAEMON=/opt/kde3/sbin/lisa (for ubuntu)

then run :
service lisa-trinity start (for debian)
service lisa-kde3 start (for ubuntu)

that should at least let you browse the network with konqueror but I 
don't know if that fixes your problem.
