Am downloading now.  Also the Wheezy version.  Any comments on the Wheezy 
version?  From what has been said so far, I get the  impression that it may 
be a little rough around the edges.

I have also been given a tarball.  I shall try that and look at the Live CDs 
before finally deciding. You are all being very helpful and generous. 

Do we have any idea how long the mirrors may take still?  Or is the question 
rather like asking "How long is a piece of string?"?
