When the mirror system is running the current bandwidth is perfectly fine
as far as I can tell.  This would be more of a one-shot deal to increase
bandwidth during the reinitialization of the mirror system.

I am exploring other avenues to get the initial data over to the high
speed mirror at the moment.  I just wanted to give a truthful explaination
for the apparent tardiness of the mirror repair. :-)
