I don't know why this solves the problem, but I checked the configure log and the problem for this error was "tqt.h No such file or directory." I only have a few build logs of past builds, but this error appears in all of them. I was able to stop this particular error with this patch:

Tim, this solves the error message problem but is this a valid patch? If yes, do you want this submitted through the bugzilla or do you want copy and paste to merge? If no, then what is the correct solution?

P.S. The build still fails at the same point. I don't know why when I have built the package several times.
