For month I was not able to use �* lazarus-ide �* dropbox �* calibre as a normal user. The only work-arround was using 'sudo NAMEOFAPPLICATION'. You saved my live! I've googled a lot to know what could be the culprit without success. Uninstalling kgtk-qt3-trinity brought all back to normal. What a big step forward! kgtk-qt3-trinity should not be installed by default.
