I was a bit hasty on my first post, I apologize. You're getting a
BADSIG error. I am unfamiliar with fixing that, however a search
revealed this page:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/1877/what-is-the-easiest-way-to-resolve-apt-get-badsig-gpg-errors

It seems to have some solutions. For example:

# apt-get clean
# cd /var/lib/apt
# mv lists lists.old
# mkdir -p lists/partial
# apt-get clean
# apt-get update
