For Squeeze at least

Watch out installing the trinity-keyring package, it writes a file to 
/etc/apt/sources.list.d you could then have duplicates. Best to do the 
keyring manually.

That is surely a bug, can't remember if it is listed (or is fixed now)

Yes,if there are apt errors, apt-get update a bit later usually works fine
