Currently 3.5.13.1 update synchronizes to the mirrors. For this reason, apt 
source is not fully consistent in this time. If you already have your 
installation broken and need to quickly fix it, add to your sources.list:

http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/slavek-banko/axis/ubuntu lucid main 
deb

And execute: aptitude update; aptitude upgrade
