Maybe you have launched 3 times GKrellm? Yes reopening windows that were left open is as far as I am aware quite normal. As far as GKrellm is concerned I run a single instance all the time and leave it running when I shut down, so I expect to see it when I start up. I was suprised to see three instances running.
