Depends on which side of the pond you live.  Here in England it is Mum, in the 
United States it is Mom.  In fact, the two spellings produce much the same 
sound as each other when pronounced in the different accents. ;-)  I don't 
know which it is au Canada - chez vous I imagine it's Maman, n'est-ce pas?
