It's normally spelled "Mom", but since Canadian English freely borrows
"standard" spellings from both the States and Great Britain (we use
-our, but also -ize, for example), it's a perfectly reasonable question.
Pronounciation follows the American model, but in this case, as Lisi
says, there's very little difference anyway.
