Hint: I'm changing 'Meta' key from 'Alt' to 'Win'. The main reason is that 
some programs have for 'Alt' + mouse's own behavior (such as GIMP). And then, 
that fits very nicely 'Win' + mouse => manipulating with windows (left for 
move, right for resizing).
