Hello, what do you mean with "locally" ?
If you are looking for Trinity translations, you must install the i18n 
package for your region.

See step 3 on the wiki: 
http://www.trinitydesktop.org/wiki/bin/view/Documentation/FedoraBinaryInstallation

If you want spanish, you can install with the following command:

yum install trinity-i18n-Spanish

Once installed, change language in Trinity Control Center, then logoff 
and logon again.
