Perhaps because no-one has time for it?  Perhaps because TDE 14 is not yet 
released as stable?

The development team is doing a great job with little time (they all have to 
earn a living) and few resources.  The appropriate remarks are :
"Thank you!"
"Would you like some help?"
Not, "why is it missing?"
