For a download manager you could look at Filezilla.

My .trinity/share/config/session has no files, but
.trinity/share/config has rc config files for (maybe all) the kde/tde
apps.

The /etc/trinity/tdm folder should have some major config files (like
tdmrc) and shell scripts.  If it is missing, then maybe problems.
