Uh, if your backup have ./config/menus/applications-tdemenuedit.menu than
its not an issue with 13-14 update, your problem is something else. Still,
this three locations (kickerrc,applications-tdemenuedit and
~/.local/share/applications) are the places you need to look into for
missing applinks.
