Forget that there were packages for Arch Linux! Long time no one cares about 
these packages, no one gives their time on maintenance == packages are very 
unsuitable for use. Everyone just ask "where to get packages for Arch". But 
if nobody pays effort to create packages and especially to maintain, then 
packages will never exist.

We would need someone who know how to create packages for Arch and can devote 
their time to maintain repository. But for a long time no such person.
