Give him (and the others) time! The difficult he can do today. The
impossible takes a little longer. Nothing can actually be done yesterday.

The developers are doing this for nothing in their free time. You must be a
little patient.

The bug was reported just before 17:53 (my time) and at 18:45 you are
complaining that your problem has not yet been solved. What planet do you
live on???
