MS Exchange, as is customary at this company does not use standards. Therefore 
CalDAV + CardDAV probably will not be usable with MS Exchange. In KOrganizer 
is also available option MS Exchange 2000 - maybe it could work. Another 
possibility could be DavMail. However, it requires Java :( I do not know 
whether would be used Kolab way - calendar and address book in IMAP folders 
via KMail.
