Sorry, I did not realize that you do not have in mind the Preliminary stable 
builds, but my 3.5.13.x repository on the PPA. Unfortunately it is not 
available on mirrors. However, it is very consistent with the final 3.5.13.2, 
which is available on the official mirrors.

...so the problem comes back to the unavailable of primary server during the 
weekend and discussion about vps.
