Keyserver is not wrong - my key is on "all" public gpg keyservers, so it is 
theoretically possible to use any public keyserver. Unfortunately, sometimes 
have some servers outages. For example, as previously mentioned keyserver on 
gpg.cz that did not work until now :(

There is also a possibility that I could add into preliminary stable builds 
repository deb package with my key - as is on:
 
http://www.axis.cz/linux/debian/pool/axis/a/axis-archive-keyring/axis-archive-keyring_2014.06.21_all.deb
