KAddressbook can use CardDAV == contacts. Thanks to KAddressbook contacts are 
available in all programs that use it - for example, KMail, KOrganizer,...

KOrganizer can use CalDAV == calendar events, tasks.

For general notes SOGo unfortunately does not have interface. If I understand 
correctly, there is no standard protocol for notes (like CalDAV). I use tasks 
instead of notes.

As I mentioned above, TDE plugins for CalDAV and CardDAV are not yet working 
absolutely flawlessly - there are some shortcomings that need to be fixed. 
However, it is reasonably usable.
