Since the introduction new mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org this server uses the redirector based on the Debian's redirector. Selecting the mirror now not random, but primarily based on GeoIP location. I noticed, page mirrorstatus you have already found. For information redirector on mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org uses precisely this information as a main list of active mirrors. Yes, that's right - tde-construct is outdated and unmaintained. It is not suitable for use. To create packages for various distributions files are to found in the tde-packaging GIT repository. -- Slávek
