The Debian/Ubuntu scripts are available on the tde-packaging repo
(http://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/cgit/tde-packaging/tree).
Look under debian and ubuntu subfolders.
For Archlinux there was something done in the past but AFAIK there is no active maintainer for it. If you would like
to take on the role you would be more than welcome :-) BTW, if you google a little about tde and archlinux I think you
should come across some guides made for earlier versions, so you may still find something usable.
