There's a package that should let your GTK programs use your Qt themes. I don't remember the exact name because I've never needed it (I usually don't use GTK applications), but I think it was something like qt-gtk-engine or something similar. It will add an option to the KDE Control Center under "Appearance & Themes" that will let you apply your Qt themes to GTK.
