I installed the following packages:
gtk2-engines-qtcurve (1.8.5-1)
kde-style-qtcurve (1.8.5-1)
kde-style-qtcurve-trinity (4:3.5.12-0debian7+r1106826)
kwin-style-qtcurve (1.8.5-1)
libkdecorations4 (4:4.4.5-8)

but I cannot find
> KDE Control Center under "Appearance&  Themes"
